Will Call
Festival Passes purchased online will be mailed. Tickets purchased through TicketsTonight.ca can be picked up at the Will Call Table at the corresponding Theatre on the day of the screening. Only the credit card holder may pick up the tickets with valid photo ID. Please arrive 30 minutes in advance. Tickets only available at Will Call for same day screenings.

Tickets Sold Out?
It’s never hopeless. Try the Hope Line! There are usually rush tickets available at the door. A generous allotment of seats is reserved for Passholders, but often seats are not used. These seats are released to the Hope Line 15 minutes before the screening. Arrive early.

Memberships $2
Out On Screen presents films and videos that may not have been classified by the BC Film Classification Office. Under BC law, any person wishing to see these unclassified films must belong to the Vancouver Out On Screen Film and Video Society. Annual membership is open to anyone 18 years or older, and may be purchased for $2 at any of our Festival Theatres at the Membership Table. Members are also invited to attend the Annual General Meeting at 7:00 pm on Thursday, May 29, 2008.

Refunds, Exchanges and Schedule Changes
Due to circumstances beyond our control, occasionally screenings must be changed, rescheduled or cancelled. We offer refunds only if a screening is cancelled.
