- or, currently unemployed and have received EI within the last 3 years
or, currently unemployed and have received maternity/parental benefits within the last 5 years
Instructions: Please state whether or not you meet the eligibility requirements in your cover letter. Put the position you are applying for within the subject heading (ie. "Junior Designer")
